​HR Department Assessments

With a keen eye for detail, we conduct assessments of HR Departments, delivery of services, HR policies and processes to determine where gaps may exist, or improvement opportunities can be made.  You will receive a report that includes recommendations for changes for the HR function of your organization.   We will work with the client in advance to determine what is desired to include within the scope of the assessment.

Process Improvement
Laurie is trained and well versed in using Lean (Toyota Production System) process improvement tools and can guide organizations in improving their processes and in deploying Lean processes to the front line. She is a strategic thinker, who can ask the hard questions, see the goals and create a plan to move things forward while keeping the culture intact and respect for people at the forefront.  She uses her strengths in listening, collaboration and action to get things done. ​ We can help support senior leadership teams in implementing effective strategy deployment systems within the organization to ensure alignment between organizational strategy, divisional and departmental annual operational planning and day to day employee engagement in frontline work.

Executive/Leadership Coaching
Laurie is known for being a trusted advisor to the C-Suite of leaders. She has the ability to support a new leader coming into an existing organization, an existing leader or a newly promoted leader through her warm and approachable manner.  In any case, she ensures they are set up for success.  She has spent years coaching leaders at all levels and helps them improve their effectiveness as a leader.  She can provide that candid insight, reflection and feedback on their leadership effectiveness within the confines of a safe and trusted coaching partnership.

Laurie provides individualized coaching services for executives and leaders using a variety of methods to gather feedback and provide insight to the leader's effectiveness. She will provide a confidential and collaborative place for the client to explore strengths and opportunities to further develop their leadership skills and effectiveness.

Team Building - Myers-Briggs Team Facilitation
As a certified MBTI facilitator, Laurie is available to do group sessions for intact teams using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Assessment as a tool for increasing understanding between different types of people (personalities) and how to communicate and interact with them.  Understanding people better can help improve team dynamics and communication, reduce conflicts in the workplace and increase overall team productivity.  ​
